Technology is many things to many people. It's been going on since humans learned how to use rocks to kill animals and grind their grain. But today, we have so much technology and it certainly doesn't mean rocks anymore! Tell me what you think "technology" means to you.

Technology is computers,cell phones, and other electronic devices made by humans. Technology helps communicate faster, and if you were to write a book it wouldn't take as long if you were to use a computer.
Technology is stuff like, digital cameras, ipods, cell phones, computers, TVs, and stuff made by people. They help people do stuff faster, or more efficiently.

Technology is anything that runs a computer and the software on it. It is what reads the disk, and runs applications. It powers the computer, operates programs, colors the screen, makes the mouse move on the screen, transfers buttons off the keyboard and onto the screen. Prints documents, scans cards, will fax documents, and copies images. It also stores and plays files like on an Ipod, it also transfers buttons off of a controller and turns it into an action like on an Xbox.
People write letters so that they can stay in touch with family. so people might actually perfer a letter rather than a call. People also might write letters because that is the only way they can stay in touch with family members. People might write letters because they have to or because the just want to write. People might write letters to family saying thanks for the presents for Christmas. Or just to be nice.
